Job Summary
Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets by executing customer plans and providing on-site sales consultation to unlock growth across assigned accounts. Manage and inspire a team of full-time and part-time Merchandisers from hiring through performance development while ensuring flawless rollout of merchandising programs. Design smart store schedules to strengthen relationships, oversee product ordering and display execution, and strategically deploy merchandizers to maximize shelf impact. Collaborate with store personnel to identify opportunities and deliver top-tier service while operating within safety and operational guidelines. Requires a valid driver's license, flexible weekend and holiday availability, and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Base salary ranges from $56,200 to $77,275 with performance-based bonuses. A company vehicle with gas card and maintenance is provided. Territory covers Grants Pass, Roseburg, Medford, and Central Point, OR.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
- High School Diploma or GED
- A flexible work schedule, including being able to work weekends and holidays
- 3-5 years of selling experience
- Strong sales background
- Excellent understanding of business processes and systems
- Ability to perform physical activities (frequent lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs., occasionally over 50 lbs., pushing, pulling, etc.)
- Successful completion of drug test
- Successful completion of MVR check
- Successful completion of general background check
- Must be located within 40 miles of OR, GRANTS PASS OR, ROSEBURG OR, MEDFORD OR, CENTRAL POINT
