Job Summary
Deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets by utilizing retail selling methodologies and executing customer plans across assigned accounts. Manage and inspire a team of full-time and part-time Merchandisers from hiring to performance development. Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs in-store while providing expert, on-site sales consultation to customers. Tailor data-driven sales strategies to store demographics to fuel territory expansion and cultivate strong partnerships with store personnel. Strategically deploy merchandizers and order writers to maximize shelf impact, oversee product ordering and display execution, and design smart store schedules. Operate within Mondelēz International's safety and operational guidelines while maintaining a flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
- High School Diploma or GED
- A flexible work schedule, including being able to work weekends and holidays
- 3-5 years of selling experience
- A strong sales background
- An excellent understanding of business processes and systems
- Ability to perform physical activities including frequent lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, occasionally over 50 lbs, pushing, pulling, etc.
- Successful completion of drug test, MVR check, and general background check
- Must be located within 40 miles of specified cities (CA, EUREKA CA, CRESCENT CITY CA, FORTUNA CA, MCKINLEYVILLE CA, ARCATA OR, BROOKINGS)
