Job Summary
Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets by executing customer plans and providing on-site sales consultation to unlock growth across assigned accounts. Manage and inspire a team of full-time and part-time Merchandisers from hiring to performance development while ensuring flawless rollout of merchandising programs. Design and execute a smart store schedule to strengthen relationships, oversee product ordering and display execution, and strategically deploy merchandizers to maximize shelf impact. Deliver top-tier service by cultivating strong partnerships with store personnel and resolving challenges with creativity. Operate within Mondelēz International's safety guidelines while maintaining a flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
- High School Diploma or GED
- A flexible work schedule
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- 3-5 years of selling experience
- Strong sales background
- Excellent understanding of business processes and systems
- Ability to perform physical activities including frequent lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, occasionally over 50 lbs, pushing, pulling
- Successful completion of drug test
- Successful completion of MVR check
- Successful completion of general background check
- Must be located within 40 miles of CHAPEL HILL, NC, CARY, NC, DURHAM, NC, CARRBORO, NC, PITTSBORO, NC, MORRISVILLE, NC
