Job Summary
Retail Territory Manager responsible for leading Mondelēz International's Direct Store Delivery execution across assigned Arizona accounts. Manages in-store execution, builds strong retailer relationships, and drives monthly/quarterly sales targets through data-driven plans and HQ program implementations. Leads a team of full-time and part-time merchandisers, coaching and developing performance, while planning smart store activities, optimizing displays, and ensuring accurate product ordering and displays. Applicants should bring 3-5 years of selling experience, strong relationship-building skills, organizational planning, and the ability to work within safety and compliance guidelines. A company vehicle is provided; travel within the territory is expected to sustain growth and meet targets.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license issued by the state of residence
- High School Diploma or GED required; college degree highly preferred
- Flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays
- 3-5 years of selling experience with strong sales background and understanding of business processes and systems
- Ability to perform physical activities (lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs., occasionally over 50 lbs., etc.)
- Successful completion of drug test, MVR check, and general background check
