Job Summary
Manage Home Depot and Lowe's retail accounts in the Little Rock, AR market by conducting daily visits, analyzing SalesForce and Power BI metrics, and developing individualized sales plans to drive quarterly and annual POS goals. Partner with store and district managers to align strategies, execute national and local event activations, and implement customized initiatives while engaging key decision-makers. Drive profitability by managing budgets, overseeing inventory management, writing retailer-specific orders, and executing job site blitzes for product training and new product seeding. Travel regionally, work occasional weekends, and perform physical tasks including ladder climbing and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of Retail Sales Experience in Consumer Goods Industry
- Willingness to travel regionally and work occasional weekends (8-10 annually)
- Capable of handling, training on, and demonstrating our products, including the ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Some additional physical labor will be required including climbing ladders and being on your feet for several hours a day
- Ability to analyze Power BI and SalesForce data to develop strategic growth plans to improve financial performance
- Possess an understanding and knowledge of IT Business systems (BW, Salesforce.com, Tool Commerce) and Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must pass Drug test & MVR
