Job Summary
Retail Teller Regional Float responsible for frontline customer transactions across multiple Heartland Bank branches in IL (Peoria, Morton, Eureka, Metamora, Germantown Hills, Washington, Pekin). Duties include accurate cash handling, facilitating transactions, delivering high-quality customer experiences, proactively identifying customer needs, and promoting banking products. Requires knowledge of available products/services, strong customer service, adherence to policies, and willingness to travel between branch locations; HS diploma or GED preferred. Also involves participating in projects and maintaining compliance while representing the bank in communities.
Required Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma or GED preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Willingness to travel to multiple branch locations
- Strong cash handling and transaction processing skills
- Knowledge of banking products and services
- Ability to build relationships and provide excellent customer service
- Compliance with policies and procedures to minimize fraud risk
- Participation in various retail and bank projects as necessary
