Retail Technical Training Coordinator- WEST

Delivery of technical training for automotive technicians across Goodyear Retail using in-person, virtual, and hands-on methods; coaching technicians in-store; development and facilitation of ASE and internal certification preparation; track training records and certifications using an LMS while ensuring compliance with standards; partner with cross-functional teams to design curriculum, training materials, and technical content; support new product, tool, and technology launches through structured training and field enablement; requires Associate’s degree in automotive technology or related field (equivalent experience considered) with Master ASE Automotive Technician certification (including L1) and additional ASE certifications preferred; minimum 5 years of hands-on diagnostic and repair experience across automotive systems; strong communication and coaching skills; ability to operate independently in a field-based, travel-intensive role; must reside within assigned territory and travel 75–80% (including overnight)
