Job Summary
Provide customers with helpful information about store products and services, assist with questions and requests in person and over the phone, and welcome shoppers with friendly, professional service. Help maintain stock levels, replenish merchandise, process sales transactions accurately, label items, and ensure pricing is displayed correctly. Support the team in achieving daily sales objectives while demonstrating strong communication, customer service, and basic math skills. This part-time role at Work World, the largest specialty retailer of workwear in the Western U.S., offers opportunities to learn leadership, sales, and merchandising techniques within a close-knit team environment.
