Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service while ensuring a clean, fast, and friendly café environment. Listen to guest needs and deliver them quickly with accuracy and a friendly smile. Maintain a grease and alcohol-free workspace by adhering to our no-fryer and no-late-nights policy. Stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to ten hours while safely lifting items up to 50 pounds. Use small tools and equipment requiring finger and hand dexterity. Read and write to facilitate communication with guests and management.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to ten (10) hours in length
- Must have the ability to safely lift pots, pans, glassware, boxes, etc. up to 50 pounds in weight
- Must be able to read and write to facilitate communication
- Must possess finger and hand dexterity for using small tools and equipment
