Job Summary
Retail Team Member Sales - Lake Worth: Responsible for operating the POS system and credit card terminal, handling cash accurately, answering phones, delivering excellent customer service, greeting customers, assisting on the sales floor to locate merchandise, maintaining hangers and textiles, stocking depleted merchandise, and ensuring the sales floor appearance through cleaning. Flexible/open availability preferred to cover store hours (7 days a week, 8 AM–7 PM). Must be able to perform physical tasks (standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds) and comply with I-9, background, drug screen, and physical requirements. Requires basic math, reading/writing, and ability to use computerized equipment and pricing systems; communicate clearly with customers and teammates; meet quotas and make pricing decisions based on product quality. Required Qualifications
