Job Summary
Retail Team Member Sales at store #18 Cleburne, Texas. Responsibilities include managing POS system, credit card terminal, and cash accurately; providing excellent customer service; greeting customers; assisting customers on the sales floor to locate merchandise; maintaining hanger organization and textiles sizing; returning racks and carts to the production area; restocking merchandise; ensuring the overall appearance of the sales floor and performing cleaning duties. Requires strong communication with customers and associates, basic math, ability to use POS and pricing systems, and the ability to meet quotas. Full-time availability with store hours 8 AM–7 PM seven days a week; physical stamina for a dynamic retail environment; compliance with I-9, background check, drug screen, and physical examination.
