Job Summary
Retail Team Member Sales at Camp Bowie (Fort Worth, TX) provides customer service on the sales floor, assists customers in selecting and locating merchandise, operates POS and credit card terminals, maintains appearance of the store, restocks merchandise, and handles duties to support efficient store operations. Must be capable of handling cash accurately, answering phones, assisting with hangers and textiles, and performing cleaning tasks to maintain a presentable store environment. Open availability preferred (store open 8 AM–7 PM, 7 days a week); requires basic math, clear communication with customers and team, and physical stamina to stand/walk and lift up to 50 pounds. Background check, drug screen, and I-9 documentation are required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a work or educational setting demonstrating the ability to interact positively with the public or team is required
- One year of customer service experience dealing with the public is preferred
- Must be proficient in basic math, able to read and write; operate computerized equipment (POS, credit card draft terminal, pricing system); meet quotas; make pricing decisions based on quality
- Legal requirements: documentation to satisfy I-9 requirements, background check, drug screen and physical examination
