Job Summary
Retail Team Member at America’s Thrift Stores in Phenix City, AL. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, operating the cash register, locating merchandise, maintaining an attractive sales floor, and sharing information about charity partners and the company mission. You’ll work as part of a diverse team, provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone, and handle questions or concerns while supporting store operations.
