Retail Team Member/New Store Set up Team (PM shift)

Retail Team Member for a new store setup with PM shift responsibilities. Provide friendly customer service, assist customers in finding products, and ensure fast checkout with cash handling to standards. Perform truck unloading, stocking, and merchandising duties including planograms and store recovery to maintain a well-merchandised in-stock store. Support Omni channel processes (Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store), participate in SISO and AD set duties, and promote the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments. Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production, adhere to SOPs and safety programs, interact with customers positively, and contribute to the store’s vision and values.
