Job Summary
Seasonal Retail Team Member at Magic Springs Theme & Water Park. Responsibilities include assisting guests with purchases, rentals, and cashier sales; delivering excellent guest service; stocking and maintaining retail and rental merchandise; promoting sales and preventing theft; assisting with inventory procedures and price-marking; maintaining a safe, clean work environment; and supporting various duties as assigned. Requires 16+ years old, English communication, cash handling or customer service experience preferred, ability to work in varied weather, and flexible weekends/holidays. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Previous customer service and cash handling skills are preferred.
- Must possess oral and written English skills and must be able to communicate with guests and fellow Team Members effectively.
- Ability to accept guidance, constructive criticism, and supervision.
- Be aware, attentive, and work well with others.
- Required to work in various weather conditions.
- Available to work overtime if over 18 years old.
- Available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Attention to detail.
- Must be able to walk or stand for up to 6 to 8 hours a shift.
- Requires occasional kneeling and bending.
- Requires occasional reaching above shoulder, pushing and pulling.
- Requires occasional lifts and carries up to 30 pounds.
- Requires manual and bi-manual dexterity, fine and gross motor skills, eye/hand coordination, near vision, hearing and speech.
