Job Summary
As a Retail Team Member at JB Hi-Fi, you’ll support multiple store areas to deliver high-quality customer experiences from pre-sale to post-sale, contribute to merchandising and stock processing, and help maintain the store’s brand and store experience. You should be enthusiastic about home entertainment, movies, music, technology, appliances and games, and be able to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base. The role emphasizes customer service excellence, merchandising support, stock intake, and contributing to a positive, collaborative team environment with potential for sales incentives.
Required Qualifications
