Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service in all retail situations, process purchases accurately, and inform shoppers of in-store promotions and weekly sales. Hang, display, and merchandise new stock while pulling and rotating merchandise according to the regular stock rotation schedule. Prioritize safety in all tasks and ensure the safety of self and fellow team members. Complete a criminal record check as required. Work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends to support the organization's mission of providing meaningful employment to people with disabilities through community donations.
Required Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
- Minimum age of 15 or older
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
- The ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- The ability to work a flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends
- The ability to perform physical work on a continual basis
