Retail Team Member - 3rd Shift

Execute multiple roles including cashier, host, prep cook, and barista duties while maintaining cleanliness, safety, and brand standards. Deliver excellent guest service by welcoming visitors, resolving issues, and promoting current offerings. Operate cash registers, stock shelves, manage inventory, and prepare food using recipe integrity. Handle payments, make accurate change, and educate guests on Made to Order programs and loyalty initiatives. Work overnight shifts from 10 PM to 6 AM with weekend availability preferred. Maintain a team-first attitude and ability to stand for the entire shift.
