Job Summary
Retail Team Member for the 3rd Shift at Little General & Maverick focused on guest service and food experiences. Roles are cross-trained across responsibilities including Guest Service, Food Service, Cashier, and general store duties. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, reading guest needs, delivering quality service, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, operating a cash register, stocking shelves, and supporting promotions. Emphasis on problem solving, teamwork, reliability, and a positive, energetic, and customer-focused attitude. Opportunities for upward growth through internal promotion and tailored training. Shift timing: Overnight 10 PM–6 AM with weekend availability preferred; overtime optional.
