Retail Team Member - 3rd Shift

Retail Team Member on the 3rd shift (10 PM - 6 AM) handling guest service, cashiering, food service, stocking, and general store duties. Roles are cross-trained across Guest Service, Food Service, Cashier, and Cleaner & Fresher tasks to deliver service, quality, safety, and efficiency. The position emphasizes delivering a positive guest experience, problem solving with teammates and guests, maintaining cleanliness and brand standards, operating a cash register, stocking shelves, and supporting inventory management. Minimum qualifications include 18+, clear communication, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, reliability, punctuality, a team-first attitude, coachability, ability to stand for long shifts, and basic math. Preferred qualifications include prior C-store/retail/food service or customer service experience, bilingual ability, desire for advancement, shift flexibility, and weekend availability.
