Retail Team Member - 2nd Shift

Join Twice Daily & White Bison as a Retail Team Member on the 2nd Shift (2 PM–10 PM) in Franklin, TN. You’ll be the face of the store, delivering best-in-class service through guest-focused roles across multiple functions. Core duties include guest service, cashiering, food service, maintaining a pristine, safe environment, resolving issues, and promoting offerings. You’ll support barista and Made to Order activities, stock and stockroom tasks, and help guests find items while upholding brand standards. The role is cross-trained to cover various positions during a shift (guest service, food service, cashier, host/hostess, prep/line, cleaning). You’ll collaborate with teammates to ensure a positive guest experience, solve problems, and contribute to a welcoming store atmosphere.
