Retail Team Member - 2nd Shift

Retail Team Member role supporting multiple functions across guest service, food service, cashier, and kitchen-related duties. Responsibilities include delivering best-in-class service, operating cash register, stocking shelves, cleaning and maintaining sanitation standards, ensuring quality and safety, and assisting with inventory and promotions. Role is cross-trained to perform multiple positions per shift and requires problem-solving, effective communication, reliability, punctuality, and a team-first attitude. Shift is 2 PM–10 PM (2nd Shift) with weekend availability preferred; emphasis on internal growth and career development within a local Tri Star Energy family business. Prior experience in retail, food service, or customer service is preferred; bilingual skills and flexibility for weekend hours are a plus. Minimum age 18+ and ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
