Job Summary
Retail Team Member on 1st shift responsible for guest service and delivering a positive experience across roles including cashier, food service, barista, hostess, and prep cook. Responsibilities cover welcoming guests, operating the register, stocking and cleaning, assisting with Made to Order offerings, promoting promotions and loyalty programs, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. Requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds, strong communication, reliability, punctuality, and a customer-service mindset. Shifts run 6 AM–2 PM with potential for weekend availability and internal growth opportunities.
