Job Summary
Retail Team Member responsibilities include delivering best-in-class guest service across multiple roles (Food Service, Cashier, Barista, Host/Hostess, Prep Cook equivalents) during the 1st shift. Responsibilities involve greeting guests, handling cash and promotions, preparing or assisting with food/beverage service, supporting Made to Order programs, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, problem-solving guest needs, stocking, and contributing to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The role requires reliability, strong communication, basic math, the ability to stand for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, weekend availability, and willingness to grow through internal training and promotion opportunities.
