Job Summary
Retail Team Member – 1st Shift across multiple roles (Guest Service, Food Service, Cashier, Barista, Host/Hostess, Prep Cook) in a part-time and full-time capacity. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, operating cash register, preparing and serving food/items, stocking shelves, maintaining cleanliness, following brand standards, promoting Made to Order program, participating in loyalty promotions, and delivering a positive guest experience. Cross-trained to perform multiple functions per shift; shift is 6 AM to 2 PM with weekend availability preferred; favorable benefits include weekly/daily pay options, 401K matching, health insurance, paid training, PTO, tuition reimbursement, meal and store discounts, and referral bonuses. Minimum qualifications include 18+, clear communication, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, reliability and punctuality; preferred qualifications include prior C-Store/retail/food service, bilingual ability, and flexibility for weekend shifts.
