Job Summary
Retail Team Members support guest service and food service operations across multiple roles, including cashier, prep cook, and general cleaner, while delivering friendly, high-quality experiences. You will be cross-trained to perform the functions of multiple position types during a shift, welcome guests, read and react to their needs, maintain cleanliness and safety standards, stock inventory, operate a cash register, and participate in promotions and store initiatives. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, problem solving with teammates and guests, and contributing to a positive store atmosphere. Training is provided, with opportunities for internal promotion and growth within Tri Star Energy.
Required Qualifications

- Able and willing to lift and stock inventory up to 50 pounds
