Job Summary
Lead a passionate team while managing planograms and enhancing showroom displays to create appealing shopping experiences for automotive customers. Roll up your sleeves to receive, dispatch, and put away stock, including lifting, bending, and climbing as part of the hands-on daily operations. Always display and enforce a safety culture for yourself, teammates, and customers. Prioritize multitasking and leadership skills to support store standards and merchandise presentation. Requires prior experience in large format retail, valid driver's licence, and availability Tuesday to Saturday.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience working in large format retail stores, focusing on displays, planograms & promotions
- Multitasking & prioritisation skills
- Leadership abilities (emerging or established) & ambition
- Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday, or as discussed with Manager
- Possess a valid driver's licence (manual preferred) to assist with deliveries from time-to-time
- Ability to lift, bend, and climb as part of the day
