Job Summary
Retail Team Leader responsible for opening/closing the store, leading associates to meet sales goals and deliver a premier customer experience. Act as Brand Ambassador, uphold Vera Bradley’s Core Values, assist with planning and maintaining visual merchandising standards, support store operations including inventory, training, communication with guests, and loss prevention. Must be dependable with open availability, capable of leading a team, building rapport with customers, and handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Requires polished, professional demeanor and strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills; ability to motivate and manage a team, with focus on campaigns, customer engagement, and brand consistency. Base Pay Range reflected for part-time roles starting at $13.51/hour with opportunities for advancement and benefits as outlined; weekend/holiday availability preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent strongly preferred
- Prior retail experience strongly preferred
- prior management experience strongly preferred
- Experience in specialty retail strongly preferred
- Experience with retail POS system a plus
