Job Summary
Retail Team Leader (Key Holder) at Gordon Food Service responsible for opening/closing the store, assisting in daily operations, unloading and stocking merchandise, managing inventory and product quality, delivering exceptional customer service, cash handling and POS operation, and helping to train and supervise sales associates. Key leadership duties include developing leadership skills, supervising staff, and ensuring store conditions. Requires 1-2 years of retail experience with increasing responsibility, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, flexible full-time schedule including weekends/holidays, and HS diploma or equivalent.
