Job Summary
Assist store management with daily operations, including merchandise acquisition, display, sale, and inventory rotation. Perform administrative duties, generate sales reports, and oversee personnel, clients, and volunteers. Direct training, enforce store procedures and GIWM policies, maintain grounds, and enhance security and loss prevention. Ensure compliance with OSHA/MIOSHA regulations and safety standards. Perform Lead Cashier and Retail Associate functions as required. Handle customer complaints, meet production goals, and demonstrate independent decision-making. Maintain accurate accounting and follow 6S checklist principles. Available for on-call emergency situations, weekends, and holidays; use of personal vehicle required for off-site meetings and coverage. Valid driver's license and powered industrial truck license may be needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year experience in retail operations
- Must be able to provide positive internal and external customer relations
- Demonstrate ability to think independently in supervisor's absence
- Maintain a good driving record
- Valid insurance
- Valid driver license
- Maintain a valid powered industrial truck license, when required
- Weekends and holidays required
- Available and on call for emergency situations at stores
- Use of personal vehicle to conduct agency business, as needed
- Some travel required for off-site meetings and coverage at other stores

- Demonstrate accuracy with accounting and book keeping
- Handle customer complaints in a courteous and responsible manner
- Demonstrate quality control and accuracy with sorting and pricing guidelines
- Kaizen principles: follow 6S Checklist, procedures, signage and layout
