Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations by supporting the manager, delivering customer service, and resolving concerns professionally. Coach, train, and develop retail associates including donation attendants, merchandise processors, and sales associates to maximize performance and achieve sales and production goals. Provide leadership, guidance, and feedback while ensuring compliance with policies, accurate pricing, quality standards, and merchandising execution. Monitor sales transactions, manage inventory processes, and address escalated customer and operational issues to maintain a safe environment. Requires previous retail leadership experience, strong communication skills, and flexibility to work opening, production, and closing shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Previous retail leadership or supervisory experience (1+ year preferred)
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members
- Effective communication skills in English
- Flexibility to work opening, production, and closing shifts
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, kneeling, and reaching
- Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Regular and reliable attendance
