Job Summary
Open and close the store while leading by example on the sales floor. Coach associates professionally to achieve store key performance indicators and deliver a great guest experience using the GUEST service model. Follow safety and reporting regulations, including proper lifting procedures. This part-time Retail Team Lead role is based in Brandywine, DE, with a pay range of $16.65 to $25.00 hourly. Candidates must be 18 years or older with two years of retail supervisory experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent educational experience
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Strong customer service and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet the demands of a thriving retail business, which may entail working on weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift 4 lbs. frequently
- Ability to lift maximum 8 lbs. occasionally
- Ability to kneel or squat frequently
- Ability to move boxes of product up to 50 lbs (with assistance if necessary)
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to climb ladders occasionally
- Ability to climb and descend stairs frequently
