Job Summary
Manage the Phenix City store's financial assets, including cash registers, deposits, and the change fund, while ensuring all pricing policies and formats are utilized. Supervise team members to deliver the best customer service experience, delegate daily tasks, and meet or exceed retail store goals. Develop relationships with donors and customers, assist with purchases, and maintain a customer-friendly sales floor layout. Support hiring and onboarding of new staff, ensure safety requirements are practiced, and perform duties as assigned by the Store Manager. This full-time role averages 32-40 hours per week with fluctuating hours and any shift availability Monday through Sunday.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Two years of supervisory experience leading a team
- Basic math skills
- Basic computer skills
- Prior experience working in a retail or customer service-related environment
- Cash handling experience
- Must be available to work any shifts Monday through Sunday
Desired Qualifications
- Warehouse experience, preferred
