Job Summary
Retail Team Lead responsible for overseeing store operations and workflows, supervising and developing team members, assisting with training for all associates, managing cash assets and pricing, ensuring safety and loss prevention, maintaining GoodwillSR values, and fostering positive relationships with donors and customers. The role includes hiring/onboarding support, maintaining a customer-friendly sales floor, meeting daily goals, and working across store operations with cross-training in various areas. Requires high school diploma/GED and at least two years of supervisory experience; full-time hours (32–40 per week) with varying shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Two years of supervisory experience
- Basic math skills
- Basic computer skills
- Prior experience working in a retail or customer service-related environment
- Cash handling experience
- Warehouse experience, preferred
