Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day store operations and donation area under the Store Manager and District Director; supervise and train Team Members; ensure accurate sales transactions and cash handling at POS; manage customer service and donor flow; maintain inventory and adhere to GWH policies; rotate apparel and hard goods per procedures; operate store systems and complete financial/statistical counts; demonstrate professionalism and teamwork in a fast-paced environment; adapt to change and maintain safety/goals alignment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- One (1) to two (2) years of retail sales experience is preferred
- Management/Supervisor one (1) or more years' experience is preferred
- Basic computer skills
