Job Summary
Full-time Retail Team Lead at New Balance The Grove Flagship Store in Los Angeles leading daily store operations, opening/closing procedures, and coaching associates to achieve KPIs. Responsibilities include scheduling, floor moves, recruiting/hiring, delivering a world-class guest experience through the GUEST service model, inventory control, safety compliance, and acting as a positive leadership presence on the sales floor. Requires leadership ability, retail supervisory experience (2 years preferred), and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends/holidays. The role emphasizes training, development of staff, and maintaining operational procedures to drive results.
Required Qualifications
