Job Summary
Open and close the store, manage inventory control, and execute operational procedures while delivering a world-class guest experience using the GUEST service model. Lead by example on the sales floor by coaching associates professionally and driving results through training to meet key performance indicators. Assist the store manager with creating schedules and managing floor moves, while actively participating in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring top talent. Adhere to safety and reporting regulations, including proper lifting procedures. Requires two years of retail supervisory experience, high school diploma, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally. Full-time role in Brentwood, CA with a pay range of $21.70 to $32.55 hourly.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent educational experience
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Strong customer service and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet the demands of a thriving retail business, which may entail working on weekends and holidays
- Ability to: lift 4 lbs. frequently; lift maximum 8 lbs. occasionally; kneel or squat frequently; move boxes of product up to 50 lbs (with assistance if necessary); stand for extended periods of time; climb ladders occasionally; climb and descend stairs frequently (depending on location)
