Job Summary
Lead the retail team at the Edmonton City Centre shop by guiding staff, driving sales, and ensuring efficient merchandising, customer service, and general operations. Engage with customers to build connection and joy through the power of chocolate while working within company policies and guidelines. Manage day-to-day functions without responsibility for hiring or discipline, maintaining a supportive environment across all shift types including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
