Job Summary
Serve as the Manager on Duty for the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager. Consistently deliver positive sales performance by up-selling customers on multiple pairs and accessories while practicing impeccable customer service. Organize store merchandise and back stock, oversee shipment receipt, and maintain a clean work environment. Assist in training and coaching employees on policies and procedures while following loss prevention procedures. Uphold the Clarks brand and create a comfortable environment for all colleagues. Requires standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Part-time hourly rate between $17.30 and $19.80.
Required Qualifications
