Serve as the Manager on Duty for the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, consistently delivering positive sales performance. Organize merchandise and back stock, oversee shipment receipt, and maintain a clean work environment. Assist in training and coaching employees on policies and procedures while practicing impeccable customer service skills. Upsell customers on multiple pairs and accessories and exemplify the Clarks Brand. Follow loss prevention and shrinkage policies and create a comfortable work environment for colleagues. Requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and a minimum hourly rate of $17.
