Retail Team Lead

Part-time Retail Team Lead responsible for managing store operations in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, consistently driving sales performance, organizing merchandise and back stock, overseeing receipts and maintaining a clean work environment, and training/coaching employees on policies and procedures. Must deliver impeccable customer service, upsell multiple pairs and accessories, exemplify the Clarks Brand, and follow loss-prevention/shrinkage policies. Create a comfortable work environment for colleagues; physical duties include standing, bending, climbing, ladder movement, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
