Retail Systems Analyst

Job Summary
The Retail Systems Analyst role focuses on supporting and optimizing Oroton's core business systems across ERP, retail, supply chain, and integrated platforms. Responsibilities include providing day-to-day support for ERP, retail, supply chain, finance, ecommerce and inventory systems; incident and enhancement management; root cause analysis; maintaining configurations and documentation; monitoring performance; supporting purchasing, replenishment, order management, fulfilment and logistics; collaborating with Retail, Supply Chain, Finance, Ecommerce and Customer Care; coordinating testing (SIT/UAT); defect tracking and release activities; liaising with vendors to deliver enhancements; communicating system changes and progress; and contributing to continuous improvement and system roadmap planning. Key qualifications include ERP experience (Infor M3 preferred), experience with NewStore POS/OMS/ecommerce, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, stakeholder engagement, and experience in fashion, lifestyle, or specialty retail. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience supporting enterprise applications in a retail or omnichannel environment
- Strong ERP experience, ideally with Infor M3
- Experience with NewStore POS, OMS or ecommerce platforms
- Experience supporting retail, supply chain, inventory, purchasing, fulfilment and finance processes
- Demonstrated experience managing incidents, service requests, and system enhancements
- Experience coordinating testing activities including SIT and UAT
- Understanding of integrations, APIs, middleware, and data flows between systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Background in fashion, lifestyle, or specialty retail
