Job Summary
RSS delivers hands-on, frontline support to AT&T customers inside national retail environments, resolving billing, account, device, and service concerns; troubleshoot wireless devices and network issues; operate in high-volume retail settings; serve as the AT&T subject-matter expert for retail employees and third-party partners; engage with store leadership to address customer concerns, ensuring a best-in-class customer experience; maintain planograms and inventory for devices and signage; collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and customer satisfaction; perform tasks for up to 8 hours on the sales floor and adapt to flexible schedules.
