Provides frontline customer and retail partner support for AT&T customers in national retail environments; resolves billing, account updates, plan changes, device and service concerns; troubleshoots wireless devices and network issues; operates in high-volume retail settings while maintaining professionalism and service quality; collaborates with cross-functional teams including technical support, billing, fraud, and escalation agents; maintains inventory and adheres to planograms; supports store leadership and partner relationships to deliver a best-in-class customer experience; requires standing/walking up to 8 hours per day and flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
