Job Summary
Retail Support Specialist delivers frontline support to AT&T customers inside national retail locations, resolving billing, account, device, and service concerns while troubleshooting wireless devices and network issues. Acts as the AT&T subject-matter expert for retail employees and third-party partners, guiding in-store escalations and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience. Works on the sales floor in a fast-paced environment for up to 8 hours per day, with flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Responsibilities include planogram execution, inventory accuracy for display devices and fixtures, updating signage, and maintaining professional communication and adherence to privacy and company policies. Strong emphasis on high-volume, customer-facing problem solving, documentation, and performance against quality and satisfaction metrics.
