Job Summary
Triage store inventory issues and act as the first response team by analyzing data across multiple systems to troubleshoot root causes. Resolve problems by communicating with key departments including IT, Replenishment Planners, and Demand Planners to coordinate solutions and ensure service-level agreements are met. Analyze and recommend policies affecting inventory while writing SQL queries and running reports to support Forecasting and Replenishment operations. Collaborate on team skill development and process improvements within the Supply Chain department.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift 30 pounds or more
- Must have strong MS Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Must have experience with Excel features such as Pivot Tables and advance functions
Desired Qualifications
- Associate/Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with Grocery Retail, Inventory Operations or B2B support highly preferred
- Experience with planning software and service tools highly preferred (BlueYonder, Oracle, ServiceNow)
- 3-5 years' experience providing coordination and/or project support to one or more senior level positions
- Ability to perform work independently under pressure and at stringent levels of efficiency
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with co-workers, senior level contacts while maintaining confidentiality of privileged information in the course of work
- Ability to multi-task and work in multiple systems at a time
- Experience writing / running SQL queries and analyzing reports
