Job Summary
Handle Retail Support tickets to ensure timely and accurate resolution, while producing operational reports on ticket efficiency and knowledge-base training for store teams. Coordinate Visual Merchandising asset requests, distribution, and tracking, and manage store supplies including oversight of an automation project for replenishment. Optimize Back-of-House layouts across stores, conducting one on-site visit weekly to assess and improve operational flow. This six-month full-time role at our Amsterdam HQ supports our mission as a certified B Corp to drive positive change in the eyewear industry.
