Job Summary
The Retail Supervisor oversees the front-line part-time retail team to drive sales and deliver an exceptional fan experience during game days and events, while coaching and training staff, managing daily store operations, stockroom organization, and back-of-house support. Proficient use of Fanatics and retail systems (POS, OpSuite, My Playbook, Service Now, OKTA) to execute operations, set revenue targets and unit-per-time metrics, and ensure a high-quality customer experience. Responsibilities include communicating expectations to the part-time team, performing Manager on Duty duties, and modeling Fanatics’ values.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Minimum two years working in retail or sales preferred
- Ability to work independently and responsibly in a fast-paced environment
- Foreign language skills are a plus
