Retail Supervisor, TD Garden

Monitor sales performance and collaborate with the team to achieve revenue and service goals. Lead, coach, and motivate retail associates to deliver exceptional customer service while supporting opening and closing procedures. Ensure all team members follow company policies, maintain merchandising standards, and manage inventory activities including restocking and monthly inventories. Address guest concerns professionally and enforce safety, security, and loss prevention procedures. Prepare operational reports, communicate key business updates, and assist with store reset execution. Requires previous experience with a point-of-sale system, high school diploma, and at least one year of supervisory experience. Part-time schedule available for days, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
