Job Summary
Oversee multiple retail locations within the park, ensuring daily operational readiness including staffing coverage, merchandise availability, and presentation standards. Manage opening and closing procedures, cash reconciliation, and documentation while conducting regular inventory checks and stock management. Lead teams with integrity by resolving escalated guest concerns, providing coaching, and supporting training for new and experienced members. Monitor store performance to help teams meet sales and service goals while maintaining compliance with safety procedures and retail policies. Complete administrative duties such as scheduling, reporting, and operational audits. This seasonal role at Six Flags Fiesta Texas offers bi-weekly pay at $15/hr, flexible scheduling, and complimentary park admission.
Required Qualifications
- Previous retail or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience handling guest concerns and resolving issues professionally
- Ability to manage multiple retail locations or high guest volume
- Knowledge of retail inventory and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
